Same here!

Really is a mystery as to why we panic in close games and to why we can't show up to some, our team is literally bipolar. I really think the energy the players get for games comes off of themselves but also the coaches. Once I watched that huddle on instagram before the Wake game yesterday, I already had the feeling we were going to lose. There was no energy at all except Mabrey who was trying to get them pumped up. Our largest issue in my opinion is we need a coach in the locker room that can have that pump up speech before a game, not saying Brooks is a bad a coach at all but if it isn't in his nature he needs an assistant to give a pump up speech. I am not sure this coaching staff has someone that can do that or if they have been given a chance to at any point. If not get a player that can do it like Mabrey. We come out flat a lot and it effects how we play the rest of the game. Another issue is we have to not get down on ourselves when shots aren't following. Sheppard in particular has bad body language when things are not going well for her, and she is too good for that, plus she is one of the leaders of the team so that body language and frustration also gets passed on to the rest of the team and bad things continue to happen. They are all fixable things, but someone has to do something about it and I am not sure that is happening.
